By downloading or using InstaWho you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

InstaWho monitors publicly available following lists of public Instagram accounts on a schedule and reports follow and unfollow changes as timestamped events. Only public accounts can be tracked. Results depend on information being publicly visible and may be incomplete or delayed.

Subscription terms

InstaWho offers a 7-day free trial, after which the subscription renews at $6.99/week until cancelled. Cancel anytime.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not use InstaWho to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate anyone, to attempt to access private accounts, or to resell or scrape data at scale. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

No affiliation

InstaWho is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
